Abstract
Web-based information systems today is the advertising system is very important to the world of business and commerce. Therefore many companies or shops that want to advertise his wares in a way that is efficient website. So is Tirto Wangi Speed Corner, a car accessories shop. Tirto Wangi Speed corner been using its advertising system is less accurate and temporary.Namely by word of mouth and leaflets. The development is carried out is to ask the author to make advertising system yg accurate and up to date the website. In this thesis, the author tries to analyze and make appropriate requests from Tirto Wangi Speed Corner. So as to promote the store in the trading business.

Pendahuluan
Semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah banyak melahirkan perangkat elektronik seperti komputer. Salah satu dari perkembangan teknologi komputer adalah Internet, yang membawa manusia pada suatu komunitas maya. Internet merupakan media informasi yang sangat cepat dan efisien dalam penyebaran informasi dan tidak terlepas oleh jarak dan waktu. Internet dapat memberikan informasi yang seluas-luasnya kepada pemakai tanpa mengenal ruang, jarak dan waktu.
