Abstract
This research is purposed to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and laboratory facilities of the subjects learning outcomes Perform Computer Maintenance Class X student of Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8 Padang. The research is a descriptive correlational . The research population numbered is 59 people and sample totaled 37 students of class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013.Using Technique of random sampling ( Simple random sampling ) . and Data collection using questionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation and multiple correlation for analysis . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learning motivation to contribute 25.16 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 , (2) laboratory facilities accounted for 19.82 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Champaign Academic Year 2012/2013 , (3) Learning Motivation and Labor facilities together accounted for 27.84 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and laboratory facilities contribute to the learning outcomes , the higher the students' motivation in the learning process and the better utilization of laboratory facilities , the learning outcomes will be higher.

Pendahuluan
Dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, pendidikan memiliki peranan penting, yaitu menjamin kelangsungan kehidupan dan perkembangan bangsa. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang diprioritaskan dalam pembangunan nasional karena akan mewujudkan cita-cita dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa.
