Abstract
The development of mobile devices in mobile phone users increasingly easier to access the required information. These developments will eventually also have animpact in many areas of life, we can easily obtain the required information. Many kinds of languages that exist in the world but we may only have a bit of language. Many people who go abroad to work but they do not master the language of the State which they attended. They are difficult to communicate to others. Like many Indonesians who work in Saudi Arabia but did not know Arabic. They must be very difficult to speak to their leader. If workers have to speak Arabic, they must open the dictionary that is thick and they are certainly struggling to translate their conversations word for word if you must open the dictionary first. To the authors try to provide solutions to the problem. The author tries to create a mobile dictionary Arab-Indonesian, Indonesian-Arabs to be more easily in translating words. With the existence of a mobile dictionary is expected to ease in translating word for word in Arabic-Indonesian and vice versa.
