ABSTRAK - Eligibility The selection process of credit is usually uses by Branch Manager and Regional Manager PT.OTO Multiartha Pontianak still manually so that the client needs to consider whether or not feasible given the financing or credit. Therefore built a Decision Support System (DSS) to solve the problem. The method used in this system is a Fuzzy Logic with method of Tsukamoto. System built to make the process of selecting provision of financing or credit based on criteria set such as character, income, expulsion and down payment who is set by the Branch Manager and Regional Manager PT.OTO Multiartha Pontianak. Criteria on the system used as the basis for survey activities, each of which is given the weight of each criterion then be calculated with the method of Tsukamoto From Fuzzy Logic to get the end result that determine the feasibility of a prospective customer/debitur financing funding recipients. Systems designed, tested using percentage of final state. Results of tests performed to comparison final state eligibility of selecting the system is same or not with final state eligibility from PT.OTO Multiartha.. In addition the system is built to add new criteria and their detailed criteria that can be used for a longer time.

PENDAHULUAN - Pertumbuhan industri otomotif di Indonesia tahun 2014 mengalami peningkatan
diatas 7%. Penjualan mobil diperkirakan 1,3 juta hingga 1,4 juta unit meningkat dari periode sebelumnya yaitu pada periode Januari- November 2013 yang hanya sebesar 1,132 juta unit. PT. Oto MultiArtha adalah perusahaan pembiayaan kredit mobil terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam pemberian kredit mobil kepada pelanggan, perusahaan menetapkan standar untuk menerima atau menolak resiko kredit dengan menggunakan syarat Five C; bagaimana karakter pelanggan (Character), Kapasitas melunasi kredit (Capacity), kemampuan modal yang dimiliki pelanggan (Capital), jaminan yang dimiliki pelanggan untuk menanggung resiko kredit (collateral) dan kondisi keuangan pelanggan (Condition) serta One P yaitu kegunaan pembelian mobil ditujukan atau dipergunakan untuk tujuan apa.
