Abstract
Posyandu information system is to produce a series of activities to suit the needs of information is appropriate and timely for neighborhood health center manager. posyandu counseling done posyandu cadres carrying books child health by collecting housewives or by visiting every house a cadre posyandu difficult because of the amount of information that must be given also time consuming and limited cadre posyandu itself. This can be overcome by building a system that can accommodate the information of cadre posyandu and display information to the user who wants to know about the neighborhood health center. The system will be built with PHP, jQuery, MySQL, and CSS. The system created will display on immunization of children, pregnant women, maternal and child health, child feeding, nutrition, stimulate the development of children. The system is also able to make decisions regarding the child's health early diagnosis, in this menu system provides information processing by changing the data, delete data and add data. With the development of mobile web system information contained in the system will be easily accessed and used

Pendahuluan
Kebutuhan akan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan terkini semakin dibutuhkan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat. Hal ini mendorong masyarakat dan instansi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi tersebut. Salah satu dari teknologi tersebut adalah sistem informasi. Sistem informasi sebagai bagian dari perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu kinerja organisasi. Penataan informasi yang dilakukan secara teratur, jelas, tepat, dan cepat serta dapat disajikan dalam sebuah laporan tentunya sangat mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasional organisasi dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat.[1] Sekarang ini, website tidak hanya diakses dengan menggunakan browser di desktop, namun juga di akses di tablet ataupun smartphone. Sudah saatnya kita membuat website versi mobile. Trend sekarang adalah membuat website yang menyatu dengan smartphone. Website mobile seperti ini juga sering disebut dengan Mobile WebApp. Mobile web bukan hanya sekedar mengecilkan ukuran layar dan meminimalisir teks, namun juga menyatukan tampilan web agar terasa seperti aplikasi di mobile. Web app adalah website yang dibuat seolah olah itu aplikasi mobile, kelebihannya tentu dengan sekali membuat Satu Mobile WebApp maka bisa diaskes oleh berbagai macam smartphone.[2]
