Abstract
Technically, Hotel Information System is devided into two parts front office informastion and back office information sytems. Front office information system is used to handle the hotel operational problems, and generally the problems in front office such as room reservation, guest service and payment system. The destination of final project is to make a room reservation system computerized so the service can be faster. Result achieved in this study are resolution of operasional problems with a new design. The conclusion of this research is the proposed new system could be handle the existing problems on the current reservation prosess.

Pendahuluan
Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi di era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, sangat membantu dan mendukung sebuah kegiatan dalam suatu organisasi. Suatu kebijaksanaan dirasakan efektif apabila informasi yang mendukung disajikan dengan cepat, cermat, akurat dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Oleh sebab itu organisasi membutuhkan suatu alat yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan dalam menentukan suatu kebijaksanaan untuk pengembangan organisasi itu sendiri di masa mendatang.
